Why Many People Aren't Flexible

Hey guys Today I'll be sharing About being flexible! First I want to share 3 reasons why many people aren't Flexible, one there posture. Posture is one reason you might be going what? but it's true think about when you slouch your back is being bent forwards and it could affect you long term as well because your back will get use to that position. Ways to know if you have bad posture is if you back touches the chair in a backward c way, another could be if you find that you find it more uncomfortable sitting on a bench then a chair because most people who find it uncomfortable slouch on benches or just relay on a back rest. And Sometimes when you have bad posture your back hurts. It's important to have good posture because if your back is always leaning forward it can make it hard to arch your back and for flexibility you'll need back flexibility if you want to do stretching as splits, straddle, scorpion, needle and more.
Two some people have back problems like some peoples spine grow like a backward c or like an s. This makes it hard or impossible to be able to arch your back. But this is problem would be bad luck or you injured your back and had have to have surgery or whats so ever.
